1. PuppetU will do our very best to ship your order the same day for orders received by 5:00 PM East Coast time, Monday through Saturday.  We ship from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA.
2. If you are in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Southern New York, Eastern Connecticut, Maryland, Delware or Northern Virginia, UPS will deliver your ground shipment package the next day and Priority Mail will deliver in 1 to 2 days (almost always)!
3. For rest of the Lower 48 states in the US, we prefer Priority Mail because the rates are low and regardless of where you are shipping to in the lower 48 states, your package will arrive in 2-3 days (almost always).  UPS will deliver in 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
4. We also ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and parts of Asia.  International First Class mail rates (which apply to shipments that weigh under 4 lbs or 1.8 kilograms) are usually quite reasonable.
5. For International shipments, all duties, brokerage fees, VATs, HSTs, Sale Taxes and all other fees levied by the carrier or country of the package recipient are the responsibility of the package recipient.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
